APC House of Reps Primary Election for Burutu, Isoko North/South Constituencies marred by protests at the party Secretariate Anwai Road, Asaba Delta State.
While addressing Journalists; some of the aspirants and delegates expressed their disappointment in the Prophet Jones Erue faction of the party.
Corroborating what Prof Utomi said during a chat with our reporter yesterday that what happened in the APC Delta State Primaries was a coup and petty grabbing of power; Some of the aspirants who slept over at the Secretariat stated that winners emerged from primaries that were never conducted.
They further expressed their disappointment in the party as a whole when the state Party Secretary who assured them of an election today 6th of October 2018 at the Secretariat; took off through the back door: leaving the delegates & aspirants at the mercy of the policemen
